Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a Master's degree in
Marital and Family Therapy from Philips Graduate Institute and
have been working in the field of psychotherapy since 1998.
I am also a PREPARE/ENRICH counselor, a certified PAIRS
couple's educator and a clinical member of the California
Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
Over the years, I have worked with diverse groups of
individuals and a wide range of personal, developmental and
social issues. Regardless of what brings a client in, I believe
that therapy should be insightful, challenging and enriching.
My approach to therapy draws on several psychological
theories, and my work is determined by the needs of the client.
I am an active therapist and see myself as a partner in change,
rather than an expert who knows what's best for another
person. I am committed to providing goal-focused therapy in a
respectful, safe and understanding environment.
